Mike Tickles, Vice President of Postal Information and Systems

Mike has been in the Mail Presort industry for the last two decades. He is certified by the USPS as a Mailpiece Quality Control Specialist (MQC). Pete Jackson, Director of International Mail – Detroit/International

Pete specializes in devising cost-effective solutions for clients’ Canadian and International mailing and shipping needs. Norman Zatorski, Senior Account Manager – Detroit

 Scott Porter, Operations Manager

Scott leads all operational activities in all facilities.  Scott has extensive supervisory experience in the automotive sector and he brings a history of quality and efficiency to ODMS.  Scott is responsible for daily production, mail preparation, postal verification and management of approximately 100 people on multiple shifts.  Scott has a  “get the job done” attitude and puts meeting customer expectations as his team’s #1 priority. Chris Deane, New Jersey/Philadelphia Operations Manager
